When will my site be completed?
Most projects take 1–3 weeks depending on size, complexity, and how quickly I receive your content and feedback.
How many pages will be included?
We’ll agree on the number of pages before we start. Any additional pages after that will be billed separately.
How much will the site cost?
Pricing is based on your project’s scope and features. I’ll provide a clear, written estimate before work begins.
When are payments due?
Typically, 50% upfront and the remainder upon project completion before your site goes live.
What if I want changes after we start?
Small tweaks are fine, but major changes or new features outside the agreed scope are considered additional work and will be billed. (This is often called “feature creep.”)
What counts as ‘small things’?
Minor edits like a word change or image swap are fine. Anything requiring design rework or new layouts is considered a bigger update.
How many designs will I see?
I’ll provide an initial design concept, then refine it based on your feedback.
What features are included?
Only those listed in our project agreement are included. Anything extra will be priced separately.
How much content goes on each page?
We’ll discuss an ideal amount so your site stays clean, clear, and easy to read.
Can I rewrite my text later?
Yes — you can always update your text, but any major rewrites after the site is built may require additional fees.
When do you need my text, photos, and content?
I’ll give you a content deadline before we begin. Delays in receiving content may delay your launch.
When will I give design feedback?
I’ll send you designs for review and request your feedback by a certain date so we stay on schedule.
Who proofs the final design?
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all text, images, and design before launch.
Can I make changes after the site is finished?
Yes, but additional edits after final approval may be billed.
Who will update and maintain the site?
You can handle updates yourself or I can provide ongoing maintenance for a monthly or annual fee.
