We are excited to embark on the journey of creating your website, and to ensure a smooth and efficient process, We appreciate your collaboration in providing these details, which will enable us to create a website that perfectly aligns with your vision. We kindly request the following information:

  • Domain Name, Hosting Plan, and SSL License:
    If you haven’t already chosen a provider, we recommend SHOCK HOSTING for an all-in-one solution.
  • Hosting and Domain Account Login and FTP Information:
    Please provide the necessary login details for your hosting and domain accounts, along with FTP information.
  • Site Name and Slogan:
    Share the desired name for your site and any slogan you have in mind.
  • Font Preferences:
    Specify the font you would like to use for your website.
  • Navigation Links:
    List the navigation links you’ll need, considering each link as a separate page.
  • Content for Each Page:
    Share the content you want on each page of your website.
  • Color Scheme:
    Provide the primary colors you’d like for your site. We typically accent with black and white, so three additional colors would help brighten the scheme.
  • Contact Person Email Address:
    Please provide an email address (e.g., your@email.com) to serve as the contact point for your website.
  • Unedited Images for Design:
    Supply images for the design that have not been edited or modified.
  • Inspiration Links:
    If you’ve come across any websites with features you like, please share the links.

To expedite the process, compile this information into a single email with the subject line “Site Profile.” Additionally, please ensure that you can be available for at least one hour daily for any further clarifications or updates.

Flyer Design Information Request

By providing this comprehensive information, you’ll assist the designer in creating a visually appealing and effective flyer that aligns perfectly with the essence of your event.

  • Service Title:
    Clearly define the title of the event or service.
  • Slogan, Tagline, or Scripture:
    Include any relevant slogans, taglines, or scripture that reflects the theme of the event.
  • Dates of Events:
    Specify the dates and times of the events.
  • Church Name / Address:
    Provide the full name of the church along with its complete address.
  • Contact Info:
    Include contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses for inquiries.
  • Speakers/Messenger and Church Information (Full Names):
    List the full names of the speakers or messengers participating in the event. Include any relevant information about the church.
  • Pictures (Full Resolution/No Facebook Images):
    If including pictures, ensure they are high-resolution and not sourced from social media platforms. High-quality images contribute to a polished and professional design.
  • Colors (Note: Black and white will be used automatically):
    Specify any additional colors you’d like to incorporate into the design, apart from the default black and white.
  • Design Usage (Print or Web):
    Indicate whether the design will be used for print, web, or both. If it’s being printed, please provide details on the printing company, including size requirements. Different printing companies may have varying specifications.
  • Additional Notes or Instructions:
    Include any specific instructions or preferences you have for the design.

Review Before Submission

Dear Clients,
Before finalizing your design, please carefully review all text content. Once your design is approved and in your possession, any subsequent changes will incur a charge. Your business is greatly appreciated, and I thank you for choosing our services. It is essential to read this entire page for crucial information. To initiate any project, a 50% deposit must be made in advance. The complete site will only be uploaded to your web host upon payment of the full balance.

For projects totaling under $100.00, the full payment must be settled upfront.
